The Apprenticeship Programme at SomSkillTech is a government-regulated, paid internship under the Apprentices Act 1961 — interns receive a stipend as mandated by the Ministry of Skill Development. Other summer training/internship programmes (CS/IT, EC, EE, ME, Cyber Security) involve a nominal enrolment fee of ₹2,500–₹3,500 and include a certificate, study material, and live project work.
The summer internship/training programmes run for 4 to 6 weeks, fitting perfectly within the June–August college break. The Apprenticeship Programme is 3 to 12 months for deeper professional experience.
